Alexander Ditchfield is a Managing Director and Head of BDA’s New York office. Clients for whom he has advised on transactions include Aterian Investment Partners, CHS, CITIC Capital, Kerry, Littlejohn, On Semi, MacLean-Fogg, Molex, and Pfizer, among others. Prior to moving to New York in 2016, he worked in BDA’s Shanghai and Hong Kong offices for seven years. He speaks Mandarin and English.
