Jan Helle Bio

Joined Arma Partners in 2012. Previously spent 8 years at Morgan Stanley where he was responsible for M&A execution and coverage of communications and media companies in the Nordic region, the UK and Ireland. Prior to that, Jan spent 5 years in the investment banking division at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. Jan is an experienced M&A practitioner and has advised on over $60bn worth of M&A transactions for leading companies including eircom, Millicom, BSkyB, Tele2, Telenor, VimpelCom, Versatel, Wind and Pearson as well as numerous leading private equity investors and governmental clients. Jan holds an MSc and BSc degree from the London School of Economics and a CEMS Masters degree in International Management. Other Languages: Norwegian and French
