Jeff has over 25 years of investment banking experience and also brings a unique perspective as both an investment banker and a principal. At his last three firms, he was involved in raising capital, sold or merged all three firms, and served as a member of management and the board of directors, including both public and private entities. Prior to founding Aramar Capital Group in 2000, Mr. Lehman was a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee and Director of Corporate Finance of JWGenesis Financial Corp. (a 1,000-person American Stock Exchange listed investment bank, now owned by Wells Fargo & Company) and its predecessor, Genesis Merchant Group Securities, LLC. Before acquiring part of and joining JWGenesis in 1996, he was a Managing Director in the Corporate Finance Department at Ladenburg, Thalmann & Co. Inc. He also served as the Director of Mergers and Acquisitions and was a member of the firm’s Board of Directors, Management Committee, and Commitment Committee. Jeff holds an M.B.A. with distinction from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a B.S. in Economics, summa cum laude, from Wharton. He is a born-and-bred New Yorker, diehard New York Giants fan, and avid tennis player, marathoner, and basketball player. Jeff lives in Scarsdale with his wife, two daughters, two stepsons, and adorable Goldendoodle.
