Steven Hyska Bio

Steven Hyska is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Private Equity Performance Improvement in San Francisco. With over 25 years of experience in value creation, he specializes in high-tech M&A integration and separations. Mr. Hyska has advisory and executive experience across the deal life cycle with particular focus on comprehensive transaction roadmaps, functional Day 1 readiness, large scale IMO/SMO management, and post-close integration support. His notable assignments include leading the operational diligence and integration of over 10 wireless transactions; the buy-side operational diligence for a global semiconductor manufacturer; and the global integration of a $28 billion acquisition across 22 legal entities. Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Hyska worked with KPMG, Deloitte, AT&T Mobility, and Motorola in senior corporate and business advisory positions, where he led large scale business operations and complex advisory engagements. Mr. Hyska earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from SUNY Albany and an MBA from the University of Indianapolis.
