Stella Ni Bio

Stella Ni is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal's Global Transaction Advisory Group in Shanghai. She specializes in providing buy- and sell-side financial due diligence, SPA review, exit strategies, and other transactions-related advice. Throughout her career, Ms. Ni has worked with PE and enterprise clients. Her project experience encompasses a broad range of sectors spanning life science, healthcare, TMT, transportation, consumer products, and retail. Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Ni worked with EY for more than 11 years, the first four years as an Auditor and the next seven years with the Transaction Diligence practice. She supported the global mobility program, led the TD practice in a satellite office, and worked on several high-profile and landmark transactions. Ms. Ni earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Zhejiang University. She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA), and CPA Australia.
