Simon Regad Bio

Simon Regad is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal's Transaction Advisory Group in Paris.  He specializes in mergers and acquisitions transaction services and sales and purchase agreement advice for corporate and private equity clients. With more than 10 years of experience, Mr. Regad works with private equity groups, investing in large, mid and small cap transactions, as well as serving large corporate clients with an international focus. He has extensive experience with vendor, acquisition and lender due diligence assignments and has worked on more than 80 successful transactions with enterprise values ranging from €10 million to over €1 billion. Mr. Regad has worked across a range of industries, including technology, media, hospitality, consumer and retail, business services and manufacturing. He has extensive cross-border transaction experience working in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Belgium and the Netherlands. Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Regad worked for an investment firm in London, focusing on the hospitality industry. In this role, he concentrated on the structuring and financial modeling of new acquisitions and developments. Previously, he was in the Transaction Services department of a Big Four firm in Paris. Mr. Regad earned a master’s degree in management from ESSEC Business School. He is in fluent French and English.
