Sebastian Recker Bio

Sebastian Recker is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal’s Transaction Analytics Group in London. He brings more than nine years of experience in deals analytics and transaction advisory roles. Mr. Recker specializes in providing data analytics services on buy- and sell-side engagements to private equity and corporate clients, with expertise in the software and technology, business services and retail sectors. He began his career with PwC in Germany. Mr. Recker has worked on more than 40 technology/software related transactions over the last five years. His notable transactions include buy-side analytics support for TA Associates’ acquisition of Compusoft, Unit4, Chaos Gaming & Enscape, Espublico, as well as buy-side support on Francisco Partners acquisition of the Blancco Technology Group. Mr. Recker earned a master’s degree in finance and management from the University of Solvay in Brussels. He is fluent in French, German and English.
