Sean Peyer Bio

Sean Peyer is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal’s Transaction Advisory Group in Zurich, Switzerland. He has over 25 years of transaction and accounting advisory experience with A&M and previously with a Big Four Accounting firm covering carve-outs, buy-side, vendor and lender due diligence as well as pre-deal and post-deal integration and separation support. Mr. Peyer has served corporate clients with a Swiss and international focus and private equity groups as well as advised on cross border transactions that cover most European jurisdictions and North America. His sector experience includes diversified industrials, chemicals and life sciences, energy and natural resources, consumer goods and retail, software and technology and media. Mr. Peyer earned a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from Villanova University. He is fluent in English and German.
