Paul Licursi Bio

Paul Licursi is a Managing Director and Global Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Alvarez & Marsal’s Transaction Advisory Group. He focuses on aligning strategy and operations to drive clear, concise, and efficient global operating results. As the Global COO, Mr. Licursi oversees a wide range of business operations, including finance, human capital, learning and development, technology and infrastructure, inclusive diversity, and quality risk management. He plays an integral role in the Global Transaction Advisory Group's Executive Committee and works closely with leadership to prioritize the goals of the practice and align with the Group's strategic vision. Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Licursi held key leadership positions at private equity firms, including satellite funds of Thomas H. Lee Partners, Long Ridge Equity Partners, and GE Equity. He has been Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, co-founder of a financial technology alternative investment firm, and an investment professional. Mr. Licursi began his career in the audit practice for KPMG. Mr. Licursi earned a BBA (Highest Honors) from Iona University and an MBA (Highest Honors) from Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University. He is a New York State Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
