Neave Patel Bio

Neave Patel is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal’s Global Transaction Advisory Group in Manchester. With more than 12 years of experience in deals, Ms. Patel specializes in buy- and sell-side due diligence, including exit readiness and buy and build strategies. Her primary area of concentration includes working with mid-market clients, with a focus on private equity transactions. Ms. Patel has worked with clients across a range of industries, including professional services, technology, consumer and retail and leisure. This has been bolstered by three years spent in the Middle East working with a similar client base. Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Patel spent three years with the EY Transaction Services team, where she served as a Director and built out the team’s mid-market PE offering in the North. She has supported a number of mid-market PE and corporate clients, including Miss Group (Perwyn), Moneypenny (ECI), Advania AB (Goldman Sachs), FluidOne (Livingbridge) and CapVest. Ms. Patel earned a bachelor’s degree in law and business from Keele University and a master’s degree in international business and management from Manchester Business School. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. Additionally, Ms. Patel is co-chair of the Corporate Finance Committee for pro-manchester and an active member of the 6% Club, which seeks to connect women in the deal community.
