Lingfen Wu Bio

Lingfen Wu is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal’s Global Transaction Advisory Group in Shanghai. With nearly 15 years of experience, Ms. Wu provides buy- and sell-side financial due diligence, SPA review and negotiation support to leading private equity funds and corporate clients. She has worked with clients in various industries, including real estate, technology, industrial and business services, consumer and healthcare. Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Wu spent 11 years with the EY Transaction Advisory team and three years with PwC's assurance team. She worked on multiple high-profile and landmark transactions. Ms. Wu earned a bachelor’s degree in information management and information systems from Fudan University. She is a member of Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
