Henrik Jonasson Bio

Henrik Jonasson is a Senior Director in the Alvarez & Marsal Transaction Advisory Group in Stockholm, specializing in financial and integrated due diligence projects. Mr. Jonasson brings over 20 years of experience serving in different roles within transaction, accounting and financial advisory services, including due diligence, M&A, valuation, financial risk consultancy and audit in the financial services sector. Since 2005, Mr. Jonasson has focused on and served both private equity and corporate clients with financial and integrated due diligence services across a wide range of sectors, including providing vast project support within the healthcare, energy and business services sectors, as well as within the settings of complex carve-outs and public to private transactions. Prior to joining A&M, he spent four and a half years at EY as an Executive Director within the Transaction Advisory Services Group in Stockholm and before that, nine years at KPMG in Transaction Services. Mr. Jonasson has also work experience from Deloitte and Arthur Andersen, as well as from interim assignments in functional roles within the fields of accounting, risk control and treasury. He earned a master’s degree in finance and accounting from the Gothenburg School of Economics.
