Ghislain de Seze Bio

Ghislain de Seze is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Transaction Advisory Group in Paris. He specializes in transaction service engagements and focuses on serving private equity groups investing in large-, mid- and small-cap transaction and large corporate clients with an international focus. With more than 20 years of experience, Mr. de Seze has worked on more than 200 transactions in France and throughout Europe, North America, Africa and Asia. He has experience strategically accompanying corporate groups in their development and performing multiple acquisition due diligence projects on build-ups. Prior to joining A&M, Mr. de Seze was a Transaction Services Partner in a Big Four in Paris where he co-headed the practice development programs for corporate clients and the Senior Advisors program. He started his career in the M&A/valuation practice of a Big Four firm. Mr. de Seze earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Dauphine University and a master’s degree in finance from ESC Lyon (EM Lyon). He is fluent in English and French.
