Colin Harvey Bio

Colin Harvey is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal’s Corporate Transactions Group in Houston. With more than 20 years of consulting experience, Mr. Harvey partners with clients to drive value across all stages and types of transactions, notably through integration planning and execution and synergy capture. He also helps clients build internal M&A capabilities that lower integration cost and risk and optimize transaction benefits. Specializing in corporate M&A services, Mr. Harvey brings extensive experience planning and leading acquisition integration; managing strategic enterprise transformation programs; and helping clients build and sustain internal capabilities around M&A integration and program and change management. Mr. Harvey works with clients across a range of industries, including oil and gas, professional services, consumer products, healthcare, automotive and financial services. Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Harvey worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting. Mr. Harvey earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
