Chris Such Bio

Chris Such is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal's Transaction Advisory Group in London. He specialises in buy- and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity and corporate clients. With ten years of accounting experience across audit and financial due diligence, Mr. Such has advised clients in various industries, including technology, media and telecom (TMT); retail; leisure; and healthcare. Mr. Such has worked on more than 20 technology/software related transactions over the last five years. His notable transactions include the buy-side due diligence for TA Associates’ re-investment in The Access Group; working on TA Associates’ acquisition of Auction Technology Group and Proxibid, along with the subsequent bolt-on of LiveAuctioneers; the merger of 2020 Technologies and Compusoft; and buy-side due diligence on TA Associates’ acquisition of Chaos Gaming and Enscape (providers of rendering solutions on a SaaS basis) Mr. Such has also worked on the vendor due diligence on 4Ways Healthcare; the vendor due diligence on Partnerships in Children’s Services; and assisted the Civil Aviation Authority in its licencing decisions through independent financial reviews of Thomas Cook, EasyJet Holidays, TUI, and Norse Airways. Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Such worked with the Transaction Service team at PwC, having joined from their audit practice. Mr. Such is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accounts.
