Charles Suet Bio

Charles Suet is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal’s Capital Market & Accounting Advisory in Paris. He brings 20 years of experience in IPOs and transaction accounting for both corporate and private equity (PE) clients. Mr. Suet specialises in IPO services such as IPO readiness and preparation of Euronext and Nasdaq IPOs and transaction accounting related to complex transactions such as M&A, carve-out, SPV structuring, and GAAP conversion projects. His industry expertise includes technology, media and telecom (TMT); pharmaceutical; biotechnology; utilities and retail. Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Suet spent 20 years with a Big Four firm, where he assisted French corporate and private equity clients in complex transactions. He started his career as a Financial Auditor. Mr. Suet earned a master’s degree in audit and financial advisory from Paris IX Dauphine. He is Certified Public Accountant (CPA). A French native, Mr. Suet is fluent in French and English.
