Zach Green is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal’s Global Transaction Advisory Group in Denver. He specializes in buy- and sell-side financial due diligence services for private equity and corporate clients. Mr. Green’s experience includes analyzing quality of earnings and net working capital and identifying additional purchase price considerations. He also brings expertise in carve-out transactions, projection models, purchase agreement negotiations, business performance and trend analysis, as well as post-transaction net working capital settlements. Additionally, Mr. Green has been involved in transactions ranging from privately held, family-owned businesses in the lower-middle market to private equity and publicly owned companies that have executed multiple add-on acquisitions in the upper-middle market. Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Green worked with the Audit and Enterprise Risk Services practice of Deloitte & Touche in Pittsburgh and New York. He assisted businesses across a range of industries, including manufacturing, technology, real estate and healthcare. His primary clients included BlackRock Realty Advisors and PPG Industries. Mr. Green earned a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in accounting from Pennsylvania State University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York and Colorado.
