Wesley Knapp is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal’s Transaction Advisory Group in Houston. He brings more than 12 years of accounting and finance experience, including nine years of experience providing financial due diligence services to private equity and corporate clients. Mr. Knapp works with clients across a range of industries, including energy, infrastructure, manufacturing and industrial services. He advises clients in all phases of the transaction life cycle. His areas of expertise include analyzing key business drivers, quality of earnings, working capital requirements and debt-like items. Mr. Knapp also has experience advising on purchase and sale agreements. Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Knapp was a Senior Associate in the audit group at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Houston. His experience includes working with private and public clients to assess key performance indicators, analyze financial risk, prepare financial statements and provide audit reports. Mr. Knapp earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Texas A&M University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Texas.
