Vivian Leemans is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal’s Global Transaction Advisory Group in Germany, and serves as the practice’s Senior Director of Operations. She is a highly accomplished professional with over 13 years of experience in financial due diligence and operational roles. Ms. Leemans leverages her extensive expertise to drive organizational excellence and facilitate the achievement of business objectives. With 10 years of experience delivering client-facing financial due diligence services to investors and strategic buyers worldwide, she has cultivated a deep understanding of complex financial landscapes. Her insights and strategic acumen have been instrumental in guiding clients through crucial decision-making processes. Ms. Leemans’ current focus on optimizing financial and operational processes underscores her commitment to driving efficiency and maximizing performance. Her meticulous forward-thinking approach has consistently delivered tangible results, enhancing operational effectiveness and fostering sustainable growth. Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Leemans worked at KPMG’s Transaction Advisory practice in the Netherlands. Ms. Leemans earned a BBA and a master’s degree in financial management (cum laude) from Tilburg University. She is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and is fluent in English, Dutch and German.
