Vincent Juron is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal’s Transaction Advisory Group in New York. He specializes in accounting advisory and capital markets advisory services. Mr. Juron has worked with clients across various industries on a diverse range of technical accounting matters. His notable assignments include pre-IPO advisory, purchase accounting, fresh-start reporting, and supporting diligence teams on complex accounting matters. He has participated and led numerous pre-IPO engagements by assisting management with preparation on becoming a public company, including drafting of S-1 filings. Mr. Juron’s accounting advisory expertise includes US GAAP and IFRS, SEC financial reporting regulations, revenue recognition, purchase accounting and fresh-start reporting. Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Juron was with Ernst & Young in New York, where he most recently served in the Financial Accounting Advisory Services practice. Prior to that, he served in the firm’s audit practice. Mr. Juron earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Miami University in Ohio and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Ohio.
