Vikram Gore is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Private Equity Performance Improvement in Los Angeles. He specializes in due diligence and rapid sustainable value creation. Mr. Gore is a results-oriented management consultant with more than 20 years of global experience and demonstrated value creation potential in excess of $500 million. His primary areas of concentration include operational due diligence, pricing excellence and sales force effectiveness, cost take out (footprint optimization, back-office costs, S&OP) and operational performance improvement (OEE). A Six Sigma Black Belt, Mr. Gore is a trusted advisor with expertise in identifying and delivering dramatic improvement potential across various industries, including chemicals and materials, industrials, consumer goods (including food manufacturing) and construction. He has served numerous Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining A&M, Vikram spent more than four years with KPMG’s Deal Advisory and Strategy team in Los Angeles, serving most recently as Managing Director. His notable engagements there include delivering a 25 percent EBITDA improvement in six months for a portfolio company of a chemicals-focused PE Firm; developing a synergy plan in 2.5 weeks that identified a 30+ percent cost reduction for a maintenance services provider during diligence, then following up with action planning and target operating model design between sign and close. Mr. Gore earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Mumbai and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
