Vadym Diablo is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Transaction Advisory Group in Paris. He specializes in financial due diligence and transactions advisement. His primary area of concentration is the technology growth sector. With more than 12 years of experience, Mr. Diablo has worked with clients across a range of industries, including application/cloud software, internet retail, media, telecommunications, healthcare and consumer goods. Additionally, Mr. Diablo has significant cross-sector experience, working on more than 150 transactions with clients across Europe, North America and Asia. He has also worked with major global private equity players, including Ardian, Apax, Bain Capital, Blackstone, BC Partners, Cerberus, Cinven, CVC Capital, InfraVia, KKR, Onex, TKO, PSG and Keensight. Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Diablo spent 12 years with the M&A transactions department of a Big Four company and a growth consulting boutique, where he focused on growth companies in the tech and tech-enabled sectors. He also has extensive hands-on experience as the Chief Financial Officer of technology start-ups based in London in the social networking, media and retail sectors. Mr. Diablo earned a bachelor’s degree in business from the EU Business School and an MBA from the University of Cambridge Judge Business School. A French and Ukrainian national, he is fluent in French, English and Ukrainian.
