Bio

With 15 years of experience, Ms. Asbury brings vast expertise in process experience to pre-acquisition operational due diligence and post-acquisition EBITDA improvement, identifying and executing cost reduction and process standardization initiatives. Additionally, she has led G&A optimization and organizational redesign initiatives, driving tangible improvement opportunities through redundant activity elimination, operational process redesign and third-party expense reduction. Ms. Asbury has worked with clients across various industries including automotive, major and regional airline, manufacturing and consumer products. Ms. Asbury’s notable assignments include: leading transformation efforts to redefine operating model and delivery framework to achieve $15 million in cost improvement across a $1 billion global marketing outsourcing provider; serving as the integration management office (IMO) lead for the integration of a Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) merger of equals, forming a combined entity of ~$1 billion in revenue, structuring the IMO and integration workstreams, developing communications and executing day-1 plans and post deal-close integration activities to capture ~$50 million in run-rate synergies; leading rapid results assessment and execution for a $6 billion manufacturer and distributor of copper, aluminum and optical fiber cables, driving nine percent savings through strategic sourcing and negotiations in direct materials despite primary supplier strong-hold on the client’s business; driving cost reduction through strategic sourcing for HDPE and MDPE Resin for a global pressure and conduit pipe manufacturer, saving $14 million on the client’s largest spend category. Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Asbury was a Manager at Accenture’s Supply Chain and Strategic Sourcing practice. Previously, Mrs. Asbury led operational initiatives at Ford Motor Company, where she was trained and certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt, developed and implemented process and cost improvement strategies, and managed operating KPIs. Ms. Asbury earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Duke University and an MBA from The Pennsylvania State University.
