Sudeep Mehrotra is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal in Mumbai. He specializes in performance improvement and transaction advisory for the infrastructure, transport and logistics industries. Mr. Mehrotra's primary areas of concentration are market intelligence, implementation of performance improvement charter and transformative interventions including growth plan and digitization. With more than 15 years of combined industry experience, Mr. Mehrotra's notable engagements include supply chain design for complex manufacturing companies; logistics cost optimization for retail and manufacturing companies; growth strategy implementation for logistics companies; and business transformation of transport and logistics companies. Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Mehrotra spent three years with APM Terminals in Mumbai, where he most recently served as Head of Business Development in South Asia. Mr. Mehrotra earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow.
