Rinesh Dookhee is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal’s Corporate Finance practice in London. With more than 17 years of experience in corporate finance, Mr. Dookhee’s primary areas of concentration are company disposals, acquisitions and private equity work. He has worked with clients across a range of industries, with a focus on consumer and retail. Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Dookhee spent 12 years with Deloitte, where he most recently served as Director in the Consumer & Retail M&A practice. As a seasoned dealmaker, he has advised numerous privately held companies and publicly listed entities with deal sizes ranging from £10 million to £500 million. While based in London, he has had extensive cross border experience with transactions across India, Germany, France, Italy, Australia and Hong Kong SAR. Mr. Dookhee earned a bachelor’s degree in law (honours) from the University of Sheffield. He is a Chartered Accountant; holds the Corporate Finance qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales; and is a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment. A British and Mauritian national, Mr. Dookhee is fluent in English and French.
