Bio

Richard Lee is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Corporate Finance in London. He specializes in merger and acquisitions (M&A) lead advisory services and focuses on supporting clients across the business and professional services arena. Mr. Lee also has experience working with clients across a broad range of sectors from services to diversified industrials. He brings significant experience advising businesses as lead sell-side M&A advisor and supporting corporate and private equity clients as part of buy-side engagements. Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Lee spent 19 years with KPMG LLP in London, serving most recently as Director. Mr. Lee earned a master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Bristol.
