Lewis Jacques is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal’s Global Transaction Advisory Group in London. He is part of the Global Transactions Analytics team. Mr. Jacques specializes in leveraging data analytics and financial modelling capabilities to drive better and faster data-driven insights and support value creation. He has worked across the deal cycle, including M&A transactions, exit readiness and post deal value creation, advising strategic buyers, sellers and company management. Additionally, Mr. Jacques brings experience working with both corporate and private equity clients across a range of industries, including manufacturing, telecoms, software, financial services, transport, retail and consumer, healthcare and real estate. He has worked on projects in a number of markets, including the U.K., Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland and South Africa. Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Jacques spent 12 years with PwC, serving most recently as Director in their Deals Analytics and Modelling practice. He worked on a number of analytics and modelling projects, where his notable clients included Bain Capital, Montagu, Brookfield, Advent International, Informa plc, Microfocus plc and a flag carrier airline. Mr. Jacques earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Oxford. He is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
