Bio

Ghislain de Seze is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal’s Global Transaction Advisory Group in Paris. He brings more than 20 years of experience in transaction service engagements. Mr. de Seze’s area of concentration is vendor, acquisition and lender due diligence. Mr. de Seze specialises in assisting private equity groups investing in large, mid and small cap transactions, as well as serving large corporate clients with an international focus. He has worked on more than 100 transactions throughout Europe, North America, Africa and Asia. Prior to joining A&M, Mr. de Seze was a transaction services partner at a Big Four firm in Paris, where he co-headed the practice development programs for corporate clients and the senior advisors’ program. He began his career in the M&A and valuation practice of another Big Four firm. Mr. de Seze earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Dauphine University and a master’s degree in finance from ESC Lyon (EM Lyon). He is fluent in English and French.
