Bio

With over 25 years of experience, he specializes in providing financial due diligence services to private equity sponsors and multinational corporate clients. He has worked on over 150 cross-border transactions across a wide range of sectors, but has deep sector expertise in media, software & technology and business services. Before joining A&M, Mr. Evans served as a senior partner at Deloitte in London, where he led the Transaction Services practice and advised private equity and corporate clients on buy-side, sell-side and reporting accounting engagements. Mr. Evans earned a honours degree in law from Edinburgh University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
