Arthur Mattousch is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Private Equity Performance Improvement in Los Angeles. He specializes in driving operational excellence and value creation for private equity portfolio clients and brings deep experience in procurement, strategic sourcing and supply chain optimization. With more than 30 years of performance improvement and advisory experience, Mr. Mattousch has advised private equity sponsors and corporate executives across a range of industries, including automotive, consumer goods, industrial products, manufacturing and life sciences. Mr. Mattousch has served in multiple interim integration and transformation management roles for private equity portfolio companies, developing and implementing pragmatic value creation solutions to realize EBITDA improvement, resiliency and sustainable competitive performance. Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Mattousch was a leader in the operations practices at SGS Maine Pointe, Efficio Consulting and Kearney. Mr. Mattousch earned a master’s degree in aerospace engineering from Delft University of Technology and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
