Alexander Galitsky is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Private Equity Performance Improvement in Chicago. With more than 18 years of industry and consulting experience, Mr. Galitsky serves mid-market, private equity and Fortune 500 companies. He has supported Chief Financial Officers and business executives related to complex business strategy and execution. Mr. Galitsky brings deep expertise across chemical, industrial and automotive sectors. His areas of concentration include strategy execution, financial and operational transformation, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, interim management, liquidity management and technology enablement. Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Galitsky served as Managing Director with Ankura Consulting, where he led PE engagements centered on restructuring, M&A and financial and operational improvement. Previously, Mr. Galitsky was part of the Strategy and Operations group at Deloitte, working in the automotive and supplier segment. He led various engagements focused on profitability improvement, integrated business planning, autonomous vehicles and mobility services, shared service delivery models, cost optimizations and cognitive technology implementation. Mr. Galitsky earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Clarke University in Iowa and an MBA from North Central College in Illinois.
