Vicente Amengual Bio

Vicente focuses on mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, stock valuations, and corporate finance modeling. Prior to joining AEC Advisors in 2022, Vicente was an Investment Banking Director (Vice President) in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at UBS, where he gained experience across a number of industries including power & utilities, infrastructure, real estate, telecom, forestry/agriculture, industrial services, consumer products & retail, and healthcare. Vicente received a B.B.A. in Finance from Florida International University and an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. Vicente holds FINRA Series 79 and Series 63 licenses and is a Registered Representative of AEC Transaction Services LLC, Member FINRA, SIPC.
