Tyler Albright Bio

Tyler’s entire career has been focused on corporate finance advisory, mergers & acquisitions, financial sponsor transactions, financial modeling, and investment analysis. Prior to AEC Advisors, Tyler worked in several corporate finance advisory and investing roles, including as a Vice President at EFCG, a special situations investment analyst at Gansett Companies, as well an investment banking associate at Ducera Partners. Tyler received an AB in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business. He was also a two-year captain of the Harvard varsity baseball team. Tyler holds FINRA Series 79, Series 63, and Series 24 licenses and is a Registered Representative of BA Securities, LLC., Member FINRA, SIPC and AEC Transaction Services LLC, Member FINRA, SIPC.
