Josh Lahre Bio

Josh’s entire career has been dedicated to the AEC industry, advising clients on mergers & acquisitions, capitalization, internal stock valuation, and ownership transition issues. He is also a frequent keynote speaker at industry conferences, seminars, and webinars. Prior to AEC Advisors, Josh was a Senior Vice President at EFCG, where he had worked for 11 years. He graduated from Harvard University and played varsity soccer. Josh holds FINRA Series 79, Series 63, and Series 24 licenses and is a Registered Representative of BA Securities, LLC., Member FINRA, SIPC. and AEC Transaction Services LLC, Member FINRA, SIPC.
