Romain MASSIAH has close to 20 years of M&A consultancy experience in the mid-cap market and has conducted nearly 60 transactions on behalf of shareholder managers, private equity funds and corporates .Romain started his professional life in 2004 at LAZARD in Paris, before joining CLOSE BROTHERS (now DC ADVISORY) in 2005, then being involved in creating and developing EASTON CORPORATE FINANCE (now CLEARWATER INTERNATIONAL) from 2011 to 2015. He joined ADVISO PARTNERS in 2016 as Managing Partner and was appointed Partner in 2017, in charge of the South West of France region. Romain MASSIAH is a graduate of EM Lyon (Masters in Financial Engineering) and Université Montesquieu Bordeaux IV (Masters in Finance).
