Michaël CHICHEPORTICHE has over 20 yearsof experience in M&A consulting for small & mid-caps. He has completed some fifty M&A deals, advising family groups, shareholder managers, investment funds and industrial firms. His accomplishments over the years include deals in the healthcare, manufacturing, services and TMT sectors. He started his career at SOCIETE GENERALE in Frankfurt (Germany) before joining AFORGE FINANCE (now DEGROOF PETERCAM INVESTMENT BANKING) in 1999. In 2011, he joined CIC CONSEIL as Director, responsible for managing the corporate and private banking networks in certain regions Michaël CHICHEPORTICHE holds a Masters in Finance from ESCP business school.
