Marc LEBRUN has over 15 years of M&A consultancy experience in the mid-cap market and has conducted over 50 transactions on behalf of shareholder managers, private equity funds and corporates. Marc began his career in 2004 at SOCIETE GENERALE CORPORATE AND INVESTMENT BANKING in Lyon, before joining EUROGROUP CONSULTING ALLIANCE in Paris from 2005 to 2007, then EDMOND DE ROTHSCHILD CORPORATE FINANCE from 2007 to 2017. He joined ADVISO PARTNERS in 2017 to cover the Ile-de-France and Mediterranean regions. He now overseas the Rhône-Alpes and Mediterranean regions. Marc LEBRUN is a graduate of EM Lyon (with a Masters in Financial Engineering), IAE Montpellier (post-graduate diploma in business management), the University of Montpellier (Masters in Electronics) and the University of Toulon (Masters in Fluid Mechanics).
