Bio

Luc has close to 15 years’ experience in M&A advisory and private equity. He has completed some thirty deals, advising family groups, shareholder managers, investment funds and industrial players. His accomplishments over the years include deals in the transport, manufacturing, real estate, services and TMT sectors. Luc began his professional career in the M&A team at HSBC before joining BPI FRANCE’s Mid & Large Cap Private Equity fund in 2014. He joined ADVISO PARTNERS in 2017 as Vice President. Luc VERNHET is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris.
