Bio

Laurence has almost 10 years’ M&A experience. During her career, Laurence has worked on a wide variety of projects (buy-side and sell-side mandates, takeover bids, IPOs, refinancing, etc.), enabling her to develop strong expertise in the TMT, healthcare and consumer goods sectors. Laurence began her career in M&A with NOMURA in London in 2014 (Technology, Media & Telecoms sector). In 2015, she joined BNP PARIBAS in Paris (Media & Telecoms team then Group Execution team). In 2018, she moved to San Francisco to develop BNP PARIBAS' M&A platform on the west coast of the United States. She returned to Paris at the end of 2019 as Vice President. Laurence CORNET is a graduate of ESCP Business School.
