Guillaume Capelle Bio

Guillaume CAPELLE has nearly 20 years of M&A consultancy experience and has completed over 60 transactions, advising shareholder managers, private equity funds and corporates. Guillaume began his career at KPMG, before moving on to SODICA CF, the CREDIT AGRICOLE Group's M&A subsidiary. In 2010, he developed SODICA CF's office in Lille and completed numerous transactions in the health, business services and retail sectors. In 2015, he joined ADVISO PARTNERS as Managing Partner, becoming a Partner in 2016. In 2018, he developed ADVISO ENTREPRENEUR, ADVISO PARTNERS’ department for small-cap transactions (targeting companies with valuations in the €10-30 million range). He was then involved in the launch of ADVISO GROWTH, a department of ADVISO PARTNERS dedicated to supporting fast-growing companies in the health and technology sectors. Since 2019, Guillaume has been a member of the board of AFITE (Association pour le financement et la transmission des entreprises) Guillaume CAPELLE is a graduate of the Toulouse Institut d’Etudes Politiques and of NEOMA.
