Qinyuan Group Co., Ltd. is a high-tech and innovation-driven company, providing environmental products, including water purifiers, drinking water equipment and water treatment membranes. Qianyuan is recognised as one of China’s pilot national enterprises in innovation and intellectual property. Founded in 1998, Qinyuan invented the first water purifier for dispensing water and the first instant hot water dispenser in the world. The business model is based on the design, production and sale of devices and subsequent replacement filters. There are 2 R&D labs and 2 manufacturing plants. There are 2,500 employees. Distribution is mainly through third party distributors to cover all retail channels including modern trade and on-line sales. In addition, they also sell direct to retailers and consumers.
