In 1997 and 1998, Marwit led $22.5 million of structured equity investments in the Company to support a growth and expansion plan. Co-investors in the Company include Key Principal Partners. In September 2004, the Company was sold to Regal Entertainment Group (NYSE: RGC), the largest theatre exhibition company in the world, for $200 million in cash, at which time Marwit fully realized its investments. |
