Mr. Nath is a Managing Director of Z Capital and is a member of the Private Equity Investment Team. Mr. Nath is a member of the Board of Directors for Premier Thermal Solutions, LLC and Twin-Star International, Inc., both Z Capital portfolio companies. Mr. Nath has substantial experience in value-oriented private equity and mergers & acquisitions. Mr. Nath is responsible for research and analysis of existing and prospective portfolio company investments. Prior to joining Z Capital, Mr. Nath was a Senior Associate with Houlihan Lokey (“Houlihan”). At Houlihan, Mr. Nath was responsible for research, analysis, and financial modeling for both debtor and creditor engagements, including financing, mergers & acquisitions, and restructuring transactions. Prior to his time with Houlihan, Mr. Nath was with The Keystone Group (“Keystone”) where he was an Associate. At Keystone, Mr. Nath was responsible for developing and implementing turnaround plans and advising companies on mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Nath received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University. Mr. Nath is a member of the Turnaround Management Association.
