Mr. Scrivens is a Managing Director of Z Capital and is a member of the Investment Team. Mr. Scrivens has substantial distressed private equity investing and restructuring experience. Prior to joining Z Capital, Mr. Scrivens was a Director with Chilmark Partners, ("Chilmark") where he was responsible for leading restructurings in and out of bankruptcy as well as providing interim financial management to portfolio companies. During his tenure with Chilmark, Mr. Scrivens participated in the restructurings of International Knife and Saw, Simonds Industries, Sheffield Steel, and Nutramax, Inc. Prior to joining Chilmark in 2001, Mr. Scrivens was a Senior Manager in Arthur Andersen’s Restructuring Group, where he led advisory teams and performed due diligence of financially distressed companies. Mr. Scrivens received his Bachelors of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois and is a certified public accountant.
