Andy Woglom who joined Yorkshire in 2014, previously worked with Stephen at a family office / private equity firm evaluating investments and supporting portfolio company operations. Andy started his career in New York City in investment banking after graduating from Yale University in 2000. Over a period of four years at Lehman Brothers and later Tri-Artisan Partners, Andy provided advisory services to clients on M&A as well as public debt and equity financing. In 2004, Andy joined a Denver-based private equity firm where he focused on acquisitions of new portfolio companies, add-on acquisitions for existing portfolio companies and various debt financing transactions. Andy also spent significant time working directly with portfolio company senior management in roles that included interim-CFO and VP of M&A and Business Development. In 2009, Andy became Chief Financial Officer for NEK Advanced Securities Group, an international portfolio of companies with combined revenues in excess of $100M and businesses spanning defense contracting, aviation, construction, software development start-ups and real estate holding companies. As CFO, Andy had direct oversight for all general and administrative functions including accounting, bid and proposals, contracting, HR, IT, legal, regulatory compliance and risk mitigation. In 2012, Andy executed all aspects of a sale process for the divestiture of one operation division of NEK, resulting in a purchase of ~15.0 EBITDA and a significant liquidity event for NEK’s two shareholders. Andy currently serves as CFO of Dry Systems Technology, CFO and Director of Full Tilt Performance, and Director of Hall Research.
