Andy graduated from Yale and started his career on Wall Street working in investment banking and private equity. After moving to Denver, Andy joined a family office in Denver focused on industrial investments. Andy subsequently joined a $125M defense contractor as their Chief Financial Officer, leading the business through a very successful exit before joining Yorkshire.
