Tracy joined Yellow Wood Partners in August 2016 as Chief Financial Officer and was promoted to Partner in 2020. She has over 20 years of experience managing financial operations for private equity, hedge fund, and financial services firms. Tracy also serves as Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to joining Yellow Wood, Tracy served for more than six years as Controller for Battery Ventures, a global, technology-focused investment firm. Previously, she also served as Hedge Fund Administration Analyst for Wellington Management and as a Senior Accountant at Atlas Venture. Tracy began her career at Deloitte & Touche as an Audit Senior. Tracy holds a BS in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Bucknell University and an MS in Taxation from Bentley University. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
