Brad joined Yellow Point as a Partner in 2019 and currently serves on the Boards of Securiguard and Bravo Target Safety. He is primarily involved in sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing new investments, and working with portfolio companies on growth initiatives. Brad’s true passion lies in partnering with talented management teams to take their companies to the next level. Prior to joining Yellow Point, Brad was a Managing Director with PwC Corporate Finance, where he advised private companies on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital raising, with a specific focus on the consumer and industrial sectors. Brad started his career in the financial services audit practice of KPMG.
