Tehsin Ladha joined XPV Water Partners in 2017 as an Operating Associate. Tehsin has been in private equity for his entire career, working directly with portfolio companies of different firms to help grow and achieve their investment mandate. Prior to joining XPV, Tehsin was the Director of Strategy and Corporate Development at the Edgewood Health Network Inc. (EHN), a portfolio company of Alignvest Private Capital. At EHN, Tehsin worked with the CEO, board of directors, and Alignvest on developing corporate strategy, leading and executing bolt-on acquisitions and divestitures, and strategic growth and operational improvement initiatives. Prior to EHN, Tehsin worked with a portfolio company of the private equity group of Brookfield Asset Management and a portfolio company of Birch Hill Equity Partners. Tehsin holds an Honors Business Administration degree from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. In his spare time, Tehsin enjoys playing squash, skiing, and is an avid reader.
