Simona Dordea joined XPV Water Partners in December 2019 as an interim Controller. Simona brings 15+ years of fund accounting and finance experience to the team. Prior to joining XPV, Simona was a Senior Manager with a Private Equity firm in Toronto, focusing on Real Estate investments, in which she moved to progressively senior accounting and supervisory roles during her 10 year tenure with the firm. Simona graduated from York University with an Hons. BA in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting and also holds an Hons. BA in Kinesiology from McMaster University. Simona is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and a Certified General Accountant (CGA). In her free time, Simona enjoys being a mom to her 6 year old daughter, cooking, trying to achieve a new PR on her Peloton, and traveling.
