Adam Hamovitch joined XPV Water Partners in 2018 and has a background in both consulting and talent management. Adam is focused on supporting XPV companies to build their Executive teams with A player talent. Adam has a background in talent program design and delivery. Prior to joining XPV, he held progressively senior roles at the Bank of Montreal in talent strategies, executive recruiting, HR strategic initiatives, and organization effectiveness. Previously, he was a Senior Consultant in the Human Capital practice at Deloitte. Adam began his career as a consultant at a boutique management consulting firm in London, UK, where he advised both blue-chip private sector and mid-sized organizations in an HR Transformation practice. Adam holds a Masters in International Employment and Human Resources from the London School of Economics, a Masters in Comparative Social Policy from the University of Oxford, and an Honours BA in Political Science from Queen’s University. Adam currently sits on two not-for-profit boards and is Chair of one of them. Adam enjoys playing squash, soccer and skiing, and loves wilderness camping. He is also a supporter of all Toronto sports teams.
